About Us
Kaizen Jewelry Co. was founded on a simple belief: fine jewelry should be personal, transparent, and truly joyful.
My journey to this point has shaped that mission in a very real way. Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, I moved to Orlando at a young age and grew up social and entrepreneurial—selling candy in middle school, furniture in high school, and operating vending machines during college. Business was always in my blood, but jewelry was where I found my true passion.
In April 2021, I was shot in the stomach at Florida State University—a life-changing experience that forced me to think deeply about what mattered most. It reminded me that life is short, connections are everything, and I wanted to dedicate myself to meaningful work I loved.
While finishing school online at FSU, I joined my family’s jewelry business in 2022. Over five years in the industry, I learned every aspect of the trade—from ordering and repairs to custom design and managing a 3,000 sq ft showroom. Through this, I fell in love with the art, underlying symbolism, and the joy jewelry brings to people’s lives.
The name “Kaizen” comes from the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. It’s a reminder that there’s always room to grow, refine, and serve better. That principle guides everything I do—from sourcing exceptional pieces to making sure every client interaction is thoughtful, honest, and personal.
Jewelry is more than just a product—it’s a promise, a memory, a celebration. At Kaizen Jewelry Co., I’m committed to offering genuine service with honesty, clarity, and expert guidance. You’ll find fair pricing, thoughtfully curated pieces, and custom options that match your vision—without pressure or confusion.
